  • Exchanges are not permitted UNLESS the merchandise is received in a damaged condition. Please note that this policy only applies within 24 hours of the package delivery AND Photo proof.

  • - Please be aware that if your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will need to cover the cost of the shipping label, along with an additional charge of $2 to compensate for the time spent on processing. If you do not reply after we notify you 3 times you will lose your package and a refund will NOT be issued. If you need to change your address please email AdamarisJewerly@gmail.com to change your address within 24 hours.

  • We do not offer refunds for orders that were placed by mistake, with incorrect card information or refunds due to customer reference.

  • - Please note that once your package is sent out, we cannot be held accountable for any loss or misdelivery. The address that you put is the address that It will be sent to. In case of such occurrences, it is recommended to contact USPS. 

  • If a chargeback is initiated after your order has been fulfilled, we reserve the right to decline your refund. 

  • If you initiate a chargeback after receiving your order, it is mandatory to return the merchandise to us. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping.

  • -Please be aware of the preorder dates in the title of the merchandise, we are not responsible for any inconvenience that this will cost you.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
